Hi, I'm Carly.
I co-founded White Oak Counseling in 2017 with my husband and fellow therapist, Eric. Before we launched this practice, I was a successful solo clinician who realized firsthand how challenging it can be to balance quality clinical work with the demands of running a business. Managing scheduling, billing, marketing, and paperwork can quickly become overwhelming and take time and energy away from client care.
We built White Oak Counseling to be different. Our goal is to provide excellent care to our clients and meaningful support and professional development for our clinicians. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay and benefits, and dedicated administrative and marketing support so that you can focus on your clients, feel at ease when you log off at the end of the day, and still have time for your personal life.

Role: Licensed Therapist
We currently have a full-time opportunity for a licensed therapist to join our growing team.
Qualifications
This therapist position requires a completed graduate degree and clinical license (such as LCSW, LPC) in social work, counseling, psychology, or related degree.
