Sessions typically last ~53 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs, but most clients start at a weekly frequency and reduce how often they need therapy as they meet their treatment goals.

We do not offer drop-in sessions.

How long can I expect to be in therapy?

The answer to how long you should be in therapy is a complex one and depends on factors like what kind of therapy you are doing and what mental health conditions you are seeking treatment for, as well as personal preferences. We are able to offer short-term therapy (usually 8 weeks), but on average 50% of people feel relief from therapy after about 15-20 sessions. Some people need longer in treatment to achieve their goals.
