My Story
Challenges come into life during many seasons, it can get hard to hear your own voice or remember to breathe, and asking for help can be difficult. Getting help that brings healing, builds peace, and renews strength is worth making the choice for therapy. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with individual adults with a range of needs from a place of hope for your future. Starting from a platform built on trust and shared respect, we will walk together with you as the expert on your life to create goals and build a pathway to meet them.

I lead with compassion to help people thrive in relationships with themselves and others. I am committed to facilitating an environment of acceptance, courage, and inspiration. My goal is to help you gain empowerment, create a balanced life, reclaim your strengths, and tap into personalized insight.

In a collaborative environment, we will explore the connections and keys to beliefs, thoughts, and emotions; develop skills and strategies from an evidence-based perspective; build emotional strength; create meaningful relationships and healing; find a path to live out your goals and aspirations; and reroute yourself to live the life you want.

In time away from therapy, I can usually be found spending time with my family, taking endless pictures of my dogs, and cultivating my large collection of hobbies, including quilting, all things music, and baking.

During our initial sessions,
you can expect:
An open, honest environment to breathe and take inventory from your most comfortable spaces via telehealth. We will work to uncover challenges and develop practical strategies to meet your individual goals.
