My Story
Sometimes the problems we face feel too tough to manage on our own. Having someone who spends time listening and truly understands what you're going through can make all the difference. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who will help you navigate issues related to mood, anxiety, eating, and relationships through individual therapy. I am structured yet validating in my approach and believe in collaboration to solve problems.
My foundation is in the humanistic perspective which means I approach therapy by first recognizing and honoring you as you are - an individual. Your challenges and strengths are unique to you and undeserving of judgment or criticism.
Together, we will explore patterns of relating to self and others, and begin identifying where you feel limited, stuck or dissatisfied. I teach you evidence-based skills to make the change you want, help you rediscover connection and empowerment, and find meaning and happiness in life.
In my spare time, you’ll find me with family and friends, traveling to national parks, gardening, riding horses, cooking and baking, and cozying up to a good movie or TV show. I especially love the holidays and often go all out celebrating the season of giving.

During our initial sessions,
you can expect:
That I will listen, ask questions, and gain an understanding of exactly what you want out of therapy. We will discuss how we will meet goals and objectives and get a good sense of what our work will look like.
