My Story
Anxiety can feel overwhelming. You may find that the harder you try, or the more you fight, the worse it gets.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strength based, and tailored to fit your individual needs. By focusing on anxiety disorders, I am able to stay current with best practices, and provide my clients with helpful coping strategies to help them manage their symptoms. I enjoy working with clients collaboratively, while also providing guidance for identifying and implementing evidence based coping strategies to manage emotions.
In my spare time I enjoy exercise, cooking, reading, watching sports and spending time with family.

I enjoy working with clients collaboratively, while also providing guidance for identifying and implementing evidence based coping strategies to manage emotions. I incorporate therapeutic interventions from ACT, CBT, and ERP treatment modalities to help clients manage their anxiety and move forward with confidence.
