My Story
Beginning therapy is a powerful step toward caring for yourself, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate both challenges and growth. My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.

I enjoy working with adults at all stages of life, and I have a passion for working with college-aged students and young professionals as they navigate transitions and personal growth. My work centers on helping clients build confidence, set boundaries that protect their peace, and communicate more openly in their relationships. Together, we can explore emotions, relationships, and life challenges to support greater balance, well-being, and personal growth.

I’m thrilled to be back in the Charlottesville area as of October 2024, after spending some time in Richmond, and I’m so excited to reconnect with this amazing community. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with loved ones, staying active, or adventuring outdoors with my corgi, Zeke. If you’re ready to start your journey, I’d be delighted to walk alongside you and cheer you on as you create meaningful, lasting change.

During our initial sessions,
you can expect:
In our first sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a foundation for our work together. The intake session is your chance to share what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any background that feels important. It’s also a time for you to get a sense of my style and see if we feel like a good fit.
As we continue, we’ll explore your patterns, strengths, and challenges while clarifying your goals. My approach is collaborative and warm, providing a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
