My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe that everyone has unique abilities and inner resources that can be nurtured and expanded through the therapeutic process. In our work together, I help clients identify the challenges standing in their way, build practical skills for navigating life’s ups and downs, and make the most of the strengths they already possess. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, solution-focused changes that support your personal growth and goals.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors—running, hiking, and biking—and sharing those experiences with my family. Since moving to Charlottesville a few years ago, I’ve loved exploring the natural beauty and vibrant community that central Virginia has to offer.
